Real Gardens.

We became garden creators today. We found materials around us and created temporary miniature gardens on the raised beds at school. The only thing we brought out with us was trays to create a pond in. Looking on the ground we found bark, stones, leaves, twigs, flowers and berries. We found other useful bits in the shed, greenhouse and bug hotel that we included. They were fun to make as we had to work as a team. 

Our finished mini gardens include ponds, sandpits, paths, greenhouses, fences, trees, bridges, lawns and flowers. We know they won't last very long but we enjoyed ourselves anyway.
